2. PRODUCTS & PRINT-ON-DEMAND

All products sold by VantaBlackApparel are produced using print-on-demand. This means each item is custom made only after you place an order.

Because of this:

  • Production begins shortly after checkout

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production starts

  • Slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or international shipping

Once an order leaves our production partner, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The print is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, logos, product names, and content on this site are the property of VantaBlackApparel.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to materials

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website to:

  • Violate laws

  • Harass others

  • Distribute malware

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or copy content

We reserve the right to terminate access for any abuse.
